To be able to provide longer visits with deeper evaluation and services, we are a direct pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Venmo. Services booked must be used within nine months of purchase.

We understand life happens and appointments may need to be cancelled or moved. We kindly request 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. If cancelled in less than 24 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
